After a tremendous, gutty 29 point performance from iron man Jalen Brunson the Knicks look to take a 3-0 series lead tonight in Indianapolis. New York will be without their outstanding defender and 28 point scorer in Game 2, O.G. Anunoby after straining a hamstring. Brunson is also iffy with a sore right foot but it seems as though it has bothered him throughout the play offs and he is a likely go for tonight. Indiana’s bench has outscored the Knicks bench somewhere in the realm of 90-10 through the first 2 games. The Pacers role players will be a huge factor in what is likely an Indiana victory at home this evening. Despite what seems to be a 7-man rotation for the Knicks, their die-hard determination is likely to cover the +7 point spread. Look for Isaiah Hartenstein to post another double-double with at least another 6 assists. While Josh Hart and Donte Divencenzo will need to score over 15 points a piece. If Brunson plays his game he is a lock for 30 points. While Tyrese Haliburton, Pascal Siakam, and Myles Turner should each go over 15 points at home look for their bench led by T.J. McConnell to get into double figures as well.

This will be a tough game for the short handed Knicks who might need to get used to playing with Alec Burks and certainly the high energy Precious Achiuwa. In a game they certainly don’t need but would love to have, the Knicks will get close but will barely lose this one. They will steal one in Indiana but not tonight.

Indiana ML or Knicks +7
