Celtics/76ers & Suns/Nuggets Game 3s

After a stellar performance in Game 1 the 76ers fell on the road to the Boston Celtics in Game 2. With Joel still hampered by his knee injury and the weight of the series on 33 year old James Harden’s shoulders, the 6ers need a win at home. I don’t think it comes tonight. At -2.5 the Celtics are my pick here. Jaylen Brown won’t be stopped from putting in 20 points. Whereas his superstar counter part, Jayson Tatum is more likely to get at least 6 rebounds than to warrant a bet on points scored. Marcus Smart has been nursing a chest contusion but he is as tough as they come. Give Smart 4 assists.
Philly has shown it has the horses to take on the most complete team in the East and with a little retro Harden and a healthier Embiid in Game 4, I think they even the series before heading back to Boston.

Tonight is the night we see if the Kevin Durant trade pays off for the Phoenix Suns. This is the game he was brought here to win. With no Chris Paul look for Durant to carry the team to a victory. Suns -4 is my pick here. As a big fan of KD, I can’t help but sense a triple-double looming for the all world talent. Tonight he will get it. Devin Booker should be responsible for at least 20 points and 4 assists. I’ll also give Deandre Ayton 10 rebounds. This is a must win for the Suns and they are too talented to go down 3-0 in the series. If you’re betting these props in parlays like I am, you should see decent odds wherever you bet. I should mention that I bet and pull odds from Fanduel Sportsbook.
